Derrick Weston serves as the director for theological education and formation for Creation Justice Ministries, a national, ecumenical organization committed to helping denominations, churches, and individuals live in proper relationship with God’s creation. Co-author of The Just Kitchen: Invitations to Sustainability, Cooking, Connection, and Celebration (Broadleaf, 2023), Weston’s multimedia outreach includes co-hosting the Food and Faith podcast and producing the food-justice film series “A Wilderness like Eden.”
