Casey Tygrett

Casey Tygrett is a speaker and the director of spiritual direction practice for Soul Care, which helps church and nonprofit leaders restore health to their souls. He is the author of Becoming Curious and The Practice of Remembering and is the host of the otherWISE podcast. Tygrett holds an MDiv and a DMin in spiritual formation from Lincoln Christian Seminary. He and his family live in south suburban Chicago.
